What customers say?

“ Most of the times I've eaten at this pizzeria, I've ordered takeout and picked it up in person, always during the week (never on weekends). Only once have we stopped for a quick bite outside. Generally, my order has always been ready or with a few minutes' wait: nothing too serious. The place not only offers takeout but also has a small indoor dining area, as well as a few outdoor tables (on the sidewalk, unfortunately not a great option unless you need a quick meal). I've always been quite satisfied with my orders: the Torta di Ceci is good, and the pizzas aren't bad either (I've never encountered pizzas that haven't risen as I read in other comments). The variety of pizzas (cooked in a wood-fired oven) is very wide, and I think the price is in line with other similar establishments. Last but not least, I want to emphasize that the staff is truly great: very friendly, they welcome you very warmly and every time I leave with a smile. ”

“ It's a great place, a very welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are top-notch. Professionals at cecina and the square. Highly recommended. ”

- Arben berberi -

“ Absolutely worth a try. If you're looking for a good pizza, it's delicious and easy to digest. Their specialty is the cecina (chickpea pie), crispy yet creamy inside, with a well-balanced flavor and just the right amount of oiliness. It's the best I've had so far. Unbeatable prices. ”

- Riccardo Cioni -

“ I stopped for a quick lunch and found myself sitting down to eat a quick "vegetarian" pizza... crispy yet soft, loaded with mozzarella and vegetables. Then I tried the Cecina (or, as they call it in Livorno, chickpea cake). I have to say, it was truly delicious. Crispy on the surface, soft in the center, and slightly crunchy on the bottom. Only after paying did I see they were the winners of Best Cecina (see photo). The prices were very fair. Congratulations. ”

“ Easily the best pizza I have ever had. Friendly service even if you only have grazie in italian. Def going back. ”

- Derek Ryan -

“ A must-try place. The owners are very friendly. Tables inside and outside. Parking is available nearby. The pizza is good, as is the chickpea and aubergine pie! Clean bathroom and accessible. The place is combined with the bar and tobacconist's. The pie with cecina and aubergines, plus a can of it, is fair. Total: €7.50. ”

“ We went there last night for the first time on the recommendation of a friend. A pleasant surprise. Very good pizza and super Cecina. Nice, very welcoming place. We will definitely return. ”

- Osvaldo Suardi -

“ Good pizza and cecina. I wasn't familiar with the place, but I had the opportunity to try it through a friend's recommendation. The pizza and cecina were good. I think I'll order there the next time I get a chance. Reasonable prices. ”
